By downloading or using Sleepgoody (the “App”), operated by SheaSense LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Sleepgoody is a sleep-tracking and coaching tool. It provides estimates, insights, and an AI coach for informational and motivational purposes.
Sleepgoody is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Sleep scores, debt figures, forecasts, and AI-coach messages are informational only and are not a diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified professional for concerns about insomnia, sleep apnea, or any health condition. Do not disregard professional advice because of anything in the App.
The AI Sleep Coach generates responses using an AI model (Anthropic). Output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied upon as professional advice. By using the coach you consent to your sleep-data summaries being processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
Sleepgoody Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple/Google account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before it ends. Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region.
Don’t misuse the App: no reverse engineering except as permitted by law, no interfering with its operation, and no unlawful use.
The App and its content are owned by SheaSense LLC and its licensors. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SheaSense LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may modify these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
