Sleepgoody (“we”, “us”, the “App”), operated by SheaSense LLC, helps you understand and recover your sleep debt. This policy explains what data the App uses and how.
Sleep data you enter. Hours slept, sleep quality, habit tags, and your sleep goal. Stored locally on your device (via the operating system’s storage). It is not transmitted to us except as described under “AI Sleep Coach” below.
Health / wearable data (optional). If you connect Apple Health, Google Health Connect, or another supported provider, the App reads sleep-related data to populate your logs. This data is used only to show and analyze your sleep inside the App and is stored locally. We do not share health data with third parties for advertising, and we do not use it for any purpose other than providing the App’s features.
AI Sleep Coach. When you send a message to the coach, a summary of your relevant sleep data (e.g. recent nights, debt, goal, and — if applicable — your family group and device status) is sent to Anthropic, PBC, our AI provider, to generate a reply. Requests are routed through our proxy server, which does not retain your sleep data beyond what is needed to complete the request. Anthropic processes the request under its own terms.
Purchase data. Subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store / Google Play, with entitlement management by RevenueCat, Inc. We receive your subscription status (active/expired) but not your payment card details.
Diagnostics. As of the effective date, the App includes no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
To provide the App’s features: calculating sleep debt and scores, generating recovery plans and insights, powering the AI coach, syncing wearables you connect, and managing your subscription. We do not use your data for advertising.
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the features you use: Anthropic (AI coach), Apple/Google/RevenueCat (purchases), and your connected wearable provider. We do not sell personal information.
Sleep data lives on your device; deleting the App removes it. You can also reset your data in Profile → Reset inside the App.
Sleepgoody is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR/EEA, UK, California/CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Because sleep data is stored locally, you already control it directly on your device. For other requests, contact us below.
We use reasonable measures to protect data in transit (e.g. HTTPS to the AI proxy). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
